In order to shop from convoymail.no you need to register as a customer. Your information will only be used to prosess your orders. You need to be 18 years old in order to shop from convoymail.no, if you are not 18 someone older than 18 can shop for you, like a parent or legal guardian.
We consider your order binding when it is registered in our system. We are likewise bound by your order as long as it doesn't deflect from what we offer. According to Norwegian laws you have the right to change your mind and cancel your order. Upon placing your order you will recieve an order confirmation from oss via e-mail. you will also recieve a delivery notice via e-mail when your order is processed and sent.
All prices are given in NOK (Norwegian Kroner) and includes norwegian VAT. The total cost of your purchase, including shipping, will be avaliable before you complete your order. Orders to places excempt from norwegian VAT will still be included VAT and the VAT will be refunded afterwards. Prices and productinformation may include inaccuracies, mistakes or typographical errors. We do not warrant that the content is error free. In case of an error we will contact the costumer and solve the issue together.
You can choose between using a credit card upon ordering or having an invoice sent by e-mail.
If you choose an invoice we will e-mail you an invoice due 10 days later. The items you order will be set aside while we wait for payment. The items will be sent as soon as the payment is confirmed. The sooner you pay, the sooner we will ship your order. If you need more than 10 days to pay the invoice please contact us. After 10 days we will issue a credit note and put the items of your order back in stock.
Paying by credit card is safe and easy through Nets, who supplies our payment services. You enter your credit card information on Nets safe and encrypted page for payment.
When you place an order at convoymail.no using your credit card, an authorization of your card will be done to make sure your card is valid and that there is credit left to use. Then it is made a reservation of the amount you are to pay. The amount is reserved for us, the money still on your credit card, but it can not be used by others as long as your order exists.
If you cancel your order the reservation will be lifted and the money released for use other places, normally within 2-5 workdays. When your order is ready for shipping, the money will be collected from your credit card.
In case of a credit note regarding an order payd by creditcard, we will normally refund the amount to your credit card instead of a bank transfer.
We have chosen not to offer parcels shipped C.O.D. (cash on delivery) because this gives us high costs whenever a parcel is unclaimed. We have also chosen not to use a company offering payment services such as delayed payment or downpayments. Those services are costly for us, and we would rather try to keep our prices down. We are also avoiding a third party in case of any disagreements between our customers and us. In case of an disagreement we would like to handle that ourselves and find a solution with our costumers.

Shipping cost, NOK 99,-, is added to orders at check out. Orders of minimum NOK 1500,- is given free shipping. In case of exchange or return of an item, the costumer must pay return shipping. We will pay for shipping back to the costumer. If there has been made a mistake with the order, or one or more items are defect, we will pay shipping both ways. The customer must contact us to receive a return slip for shipping. We will not refund shipping or pick up parcels sent C.O.D. We are using Posten/Bring for shipping of parcels.
Right of withdrawal
According to Norwegian laws you have the right of withdrawal for 14 days when shopping online. This means you are free to return the item(s) without specifying a reason within 14 days after you receive the parcel. You just need to notify us via e-mail or by using the “right of withdrawal”-form that shall be included in your parcel. The costumer has to pay return shipping. When we receive the items unused and unharmed we will refund the cost of the item and shipping (when the whole order is refunded). If the costumer has asked for a more expensive form of shipping, only ordinary shipping will be refunded.
Exchanging or returning an item
In order to exchange or return an item the item has to be unused and unharmed/complete, all tags shall still be on and the original packaging must be returned with the product. Products with opened blisterpacks can be returned, but will only be refunded 50% as we no longer will be able to resell them at full price.
